The real estate market hasn’t been okay for some years now. The previous administration and the current one is throwing everything and anything at the problems that plague the market: underwater homes, predatory lending, etc. Enter K-Designers. The firm is reshaping the market very quickly. It’s a real estate renovation firm that specializes in achieving and realizing values that yet been tapped. The firm boasts quite the success record: its clients enjoy over 51% in realized values over the value and price that it’s presented with at that first prospective client meeting. The Economist, however, points out that this is a bit contrived, in the way stats typically go. See, the firm takes each client on a case by case basis. This is opposed to the typical renovation and even real estate brokerage firm, which all take pretty much any client that walks in through the door—these days. K-Designers was recently tapped by the current administration to lead a discussion panel on green home renovations—a workshop put together by the President in order to put together a solid policy that will actually yield returns in the market. K-Designers is taking clients, however, again, they only take specific projects. They have a track record to defend, after all.
